Product was delivered quickly and in good condition. Works just like it should and far less expensive than those shown in most photo magazine ads.

This reflector works well and you can't beat it for the price. I had a problem with a bad seam but customer service replaced it promptly.

This reflector is exactly the "you get what you pay for". First off I think reflector dimensions of it are incorrect as it seems smaller than what it's dimensions were posted as. The carring pouch is really cheap material and the zipper gets stuck. From the first time I opened, un-zipped it, the zipper got stuck and I had to really work it to un-zip all the way. I haven't been able to get it to zip back up so I pretty much don't use the outside pouch since it won't close all the way. This is really inconvenient.

Also, the zippers on the 5 and 1 to switch out the different type of reflectors have the cheap zippers as well, so you are not able to switch out the other colors well at all. This is really inconvient since if you purcahsed the 5 in 1 you are using all the differnt colors at one point or another and if you want to use something other than the standard black/white you can't because the zipper won't even zip up and I have to use a binder clips just to hold the material on to the reflector!

Would not recomment this reflector!
