MobileMe Individual [OLD VERSION]

Mobile Me is nice mostly if you have an iPhone/iPad/iPod touch. I don't use many of the other features but the Find My iPhone feature is great.

I bought MobileMe for my girlfriend because she has an iPhone but always forgets to sync to her desktop. She lost her phone and as a result all of her contacts. She was pretty upset so when she got a new iPhone I told her that we would try out the MobileMe service for the free 60 day trial. After a month, she was hooked, she was using all of the mobile me features especially the file sharing features. She used to bring around her USB chip everywhere but would end up misplacing it so now all of her files are in one place! It really is a great system but definitely purchase through Amazon as the price is much cheaper than the $99 that Apple sells it for at retail price!

And the only reason that I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars is because the one feature that it is lacking is a notes section sort of like you would see in Outlook. My girlfriend and I use notes all the time to write general lists down but unfortunately there is no feature in MobileMe for this.

I have purchased these [OLD VERSIONS] numerous times. They work just the same and are alot cheaper.
You are only buying a key code.
In fact, I just renewed my subscription using one.
Save yourself the $ and buy the [OLD VERSION].

I am feeling more positive now, but at first I found this product to be somewhat confusing to use.
I still find it unwilling to perform certain tasks with much regularity. For example, when using the email portion, the program does not consistently do as directed without me leaving and reentering. I refer to such simple things as "delete".
Anyway, I think with a bit more time I'll find satisfaction.

The software is fine. However it arrived late & I had to renew my subscription.
